- 15% + GST — Properties within 2km of Auckland CBD (Sky Tower)
- 16% + GST — Properties within 2–18km of Auckland CBD (Sky Tower)
- 18% + GST — Properties beyond 18km of Auckland CBD (Sky Tower)
Luxury & High-End Properties
For premium homes with nightly rates between $1,500 – $3,000, our management fee is 20% + GST, reflecting the higher level of service required.
In addition to our full-service management, luxury properties receive:
- Multiple property inspections (up to three checks per booking cycle)
- Enhanced guest preparation to ensure a premium arrival experience
- Closer monitoring to maintain high standards and protect the property

We provide a tailored setup quotation based on a comprehensive assessment of your property.
Our service is fully end-to-end, designed to deliver a seamless and stress-free experience. It includes space planning, styling and furnishing selection, full procurement of all items, on-site delivery coordination and unpacking, as well as furniture assembly and final presentation.
To ensure the right balance between aesthetics, cost-efficiency, and durability, we source from a range of trusted suppliers, including Kmart, Early Settler, Nood, Bed Bath & Beyond, Victor Choice, Bunnings Warehouse, The Warehouse, Briscoes, and more.
Most properties are quoted as a fixed total after assessment, ensuring full clarity before any work begins
