To address this, we use flexible pricing, adjust minimum stay settings, and promote your property across multiple channels. We also combine short-term and mid-term bookings to bring in the right guests and fill gaps in the calendar.
In addition to standard short-term rentals, we expand into different guest sources. We work with travel groups and student programs to secure mid-term stays of around 2 months, and we also take longer stays of around 5 months from international students. This helps smooth out seasonal fluctuations and provides a more stable income during quieter periods.

We start by providing a free professional appraisal of your property. Using market data combined with both AI and hands-on analysis, we assess its short-term rental potential and expected performance.
Once you are satisfied with the projected returns and decide to move forward, we will complete the management agreement and key handover and begin the setup process.
Our team will then take care of everything needed before going live, including professional photography, listing creation, furnishing and styling, as well as final detailing. We can also prepare and place house manuals and instruction signage if required.
Once everything is ready, we will invite you to inspect the property, and our team will prepare a detailed inventory list to support smooth day-to-day management going forward.
